What are the maintenance methods of the cake cabinet
1. After using the cake fresh-keeping cabinet once, it should be emptied for 1-2 hours. When the operation has reached a stable condition, it should be closed and food should be placed in it;
2. In order to avoid frequent power failures (or frequent opening/closing) and to protect the compressor, all products are started with a two-minute delay (although there is a delayed maintenance function, frequent opening/closing is not allowed);
3. The temperature of the fresh-keeping cabinet has been adjusted and locked before leaving the factory, so there is no need to adjust it;
4. Please handle with care when storing items in the cake cabinet. Do not throw items into the cabinet, so as not to damage the inner wall;
5. A certain distance should be kept between the front and rear walls of the cabinet, and the food near the cabinet should not be too close to the air outlet.

Appropriate space should be reserved when placing goods to facilitate air-conditioning convection and uniform temperature;
6. The ambient temperature of the cake fresh-keeping cabinet should be lower than 32°C (the design ambient temperature of the air curtain cabinet is 25°C), and it cannot be used in direct sunlight or in the oven room;
7. At least 100mm of space is left behind the cake fresh-keeping cabinet, which is conducive to good ventilation of the condenser to ensure the cooling effect of the equipment;
8. The power supply of the cake fresh-keeping cabinet must use an independent socket. The current capacity of the socket and the power cord should not be less than the specified number, and the socket must be grounded;
9. The power supply of the cake fresh-keeping cabinet generally uses 220 V, 50 Hz single-phase alternating current (about 380 V), and the voltage range is 187-242V. When the voltage is unstable, please use a voltage stabilizer with more than five times the power;
10. The defrosting of the cake preservation cabinet is actively controlled by the microcomputer. The freezer will automatically stop and enter the defrost condition (note: a slight increase in temperature during defrost is normal).

After defrosting, the freezer will operate automatically.
