Coste Glass Door Co., Ltd. is an aluminum alloy glass door and frame manufacturer based in Thailand, affiliated with Shandong Huajing Cold Chain Technology Co., Ltd. Since 2023, we have been engaged in production and operation in Thailand, focusing on the production and sales of aluminum alloy doors and frames, which are mainly applied to refrigerator glass doors and walk-in cold storages.
After two years of development, the number of frontline production employees has reached about 30, with an annual output value of approximately 150 million Thai baht. Currently, we specialize in the production of new-type glass doors and frames. Our newly developed aluminum alloy glass doors are more energy-saving, environmentally friendly and efficient.
Our customers are worldwide, with key markets covering Thailand, the United States, Canada, Australia, Vietnam and other countries. Having deeply rooted in these markets for years, our business has now expanded to Central Asia, West Asia and parts of Europe.

Strict Quality Control
Each production stage of our glass doors undergoes rigorous quality inspection, Which includes but is not limited to the following procedures:
Insulated Glass Unit (IGU) Fabrication
Aluminum spacer cutting tolerance: ±0.5mm. Desiccant fill: 85%-95% of spacer perimeter. Glass lamination thickness tolerance: ±0.5mm. Argon gas concentration >95%, sealing must be completed within 10 minutes. Glass misalignment <1mm. Sealant surface must be smooth, free of bubbles or gaps.
Profile Machining
Cutting dimensional tolerance: ±0.5mm. Profiles must be free of color variation, scratches, burrs, or sharp edges.
Assembly
Hardware and structure must meet customer specifications, with tolerance < 1mm. Profile joints must be aesthetically pleasing with no visible gaps. Adhesive must be applied without overflow.
Wiring
Wire connections must be secure with no loose contacts. Resistance testing must comply with customer requirements.
Cleaning & Final Inspection
Glass and profiles must be clean, free of scratches, and show no color variation for a uniform appearance. Products must pass electrical tests, then be labeled with PASS stamp, and all data must be recorded.
