 FRAMES

1.Frames made in aluminum profile chemical silver anodized

2.Frames for the cold rooms or cases are coming with a vertical light on each pillar. A special lid made of poly carbon is not affected from the differences of temperature, neither changes color nor prevents the reflection of light. The parts which are not lightened are completed with a white plastic profile.

3.Electricity current, 220V 50Hz, optional 60hz.

4.The lighting system can be selected as T8,T5 or LED illumination according to the customer's requests.

Choice of tube color;  daylight or white,  is also optional.

5.Frames are coming with  tubes  installed and the cables are located through the frames.The other components of lighting like ballasts etc,  will be installed by the customer.

6. Anti condensation heater is placed within the frame.

7. External parts of frames&profiles are completed with a silver plastic cover

8.By relocating the supply cables inside the frame ,the cables can be taken out either side of the frames according to the customer's request.

9.The frames are produced;  1,2,3,4,5,6 and 7 door for Full glass door cases and are produced  3,4,5,6 and 7 door for combined freezer cases. Also we manufacture 1250mm and 1875mm vertical frames for wall cases

10.Our products are produced according to the indicated standards. Changing the standard of our products for qty orders is possible. Please consult before placing your orders.

DOORS

1.Glass doors made in aluminum alloy profile 

Aluminum alloy frame color : Black  Polished Aluminum   Silver Satin  Gold

200.000 times opening and closing warranty

Profiles and glasses are under warranty for 10 years.

For convenience of loading system has spring system to balance itself with an aim of 90.

2.Glasses for normal temperature doors:  double tempered glass, low-e (preventing ultraviole lights and  thermal bridging)  

3. Glasses for low temperature doors:  triple Heated low E glass unit

4. The heater is applied to stop condensation freezing in low temperature doors

5. Magnetic gaskets are applied  for preventing thermal bridging for all doors

6.All doors are left and right side opening and interchangeable upon request

7. For easier loading&unloading, all doors are equipped with a 90° brake system.

8. Door handles are from extruded aluminum silver anodized.

Standard combination (2~8℃ for cooler):

Outer glass :              4mm tempered

Air space   :               15 mm -air gap

Inner glass :               4mm Low-e coated

Alternative combination :

Outer glass :              4mm tempered

Air space   :               15mm (Argon filled)

Inner glass :               4mm Low-e coated

Standard combination ( -18   ~ -30℃ for freezer):

Outer glass :              4mm tempered Low-e coated with heater

Air space   :               20 mm (Dry air or Argon filled)

Intermediate glass :   3.2mm tempered
