3. The refrigeration system leaks and the refrigerant is used up. Although the compressor is running, there is no refrigerant evaporating and absorbing heat in the system, so the temperature in the glass door of the refrigerator will not drop.
4. If the capillary is blocked, the refrigerant will not be able to enter the evaporator to evaporate and absorb heat, and the temperature in the glass door of the refrigerator will not drop.
5. Due to improper use of welding or refrigerators, there are leakage points in the refrigeration system. Even if the leakage is complete within a certain period of time, the refrigerant in the refrigeration system will not be frozen.
6. Check whether the gears used in the freezer are correct.

Second, the solution to the non-cooling of the glass door of the freezer
1. After stopping the machine, turn the inlet valve stem counterclockwise, remove the screw on the process port, install the special "positioning line" for repair, and then install the connecting pipe and pressure gauge. The gauge valve is closed.
Rotate the intake valve stem clockwise for about one turn, so that the intake valve is in a three-way state, and check whether the intake pressure is normal. If the pressure is normal, please open the refrigeration compressor on the glass door of the freezer to see if the pressure drops to the normal value.
Touch the outlet pipe of the compressor and the condenser with the back of your finger to see if the temperature rises significantly.
If the temperature rises and the evaporator tubes are frosted, there is not enough refrigerant. If there is no heat in the outlet pipe after the pressure drops, or the heat cools for a moment, it means that the refrigeration system is blocked by ice or dirt.
Assuming the pressure is about the same as it was at shutdown.
Facts have proved that there is a problem with the valve plate assembly of the refrigeration compressor in the refrigerator, and the compressor loses its suction and discharge capabilities. If the pressure also drops, but the pressure does not drop to the normal value, check whether the evaporator is frost-free, frost-free, and condensation-free.
2. Cut open the housing, replace the buffer tube or tighten the screws.
3. First find out the leaking part of the system, carry out welding repair, pressure test and vacuuming, and then add a certain amount of refrigerant to the refrigerant according to the full frost of the refrigerant or the rated temperature in the glass door of the refrigerator.
4. In addition, there are two types of household freezer glass doors: direct cooling type and direct cooling type. The direct cooling method means that the evaporator (cooling pipe) directly exchanges heat with the refrigerating room to achieve the purpose of cooling; the intercooling type means that the evaporator (cooling pipe) is separated from the refrigerating room, and the electric fan blows cold air into the refrigerating room In order to achieve the purpose of cooling.
