What are the standards for the glass door of the refrigerator?
1) Single-developed foam doors are generally installed on horizontal freezers. Because the freezer requires a lower temperature, it needs a door body with good insulation effect to keep it warm. Outer shell and liner center is polyurethane foam.
2) Double-developed foam doors are generally used in large-volume chest freezers. It is equipped with two independent foam doors, which can effectively reduce the loss of cooling when the door is opened.
3) Glass door freezers are generally used for commercial purposes. In order to display the items in the cabinet, the door body is generally made of single-layer coated heat-reflective tempered glass or double-layer insulating glass.
The single-layer coated heat-reflective tempered glass door can reflect 80% of the heat, preventing heat from entering the cabinet, and ensuring the freezing temperature in the cabinet to the greatest extent; the tempered glass door can withstand a 1kg steel ball falling from a height of 1 meter without breaking, effectively ensuring people and food safety.
4) Ordinary glass door freezers generally have only one display plane in one direction, and many transparent glass doors have two or more display surfaces.
