How to install the glass door of the display cabinet:
1. Placement orientation: The glass door composed of fixed glass and movable glass door leaves should be placed evenly.
2. Limiting groove on the top of the device frame: the width of the limiting groove should be 2-4mm larger than the thickness of the glass, and the groove depth should be 10-20mm. During the installation process, draw two edge lines of metal decorative panels from the center line, and then install limit slots on the top of the door frame according to the edge lines.


3. Install the wooden bottom bracket with metal finish: first fix the square wood on the ground, then stick the metal decorative panel to the wood. The square timber can be directly nailed to the embedded wooden bricks, or can be connected by expansion bolts.
4. Install the vertical door frame: nail the square wood of the door frame to the buckle line, then use plywood to confirm the shape and orientation of the door frame column, and then wrap the metal decorative surface.


5. Glass installation: use the glass suction cup machine to suck the thick glass tightly, then grab the suction cup, lift the thick glass plate by 2-3 people, and move it to the installation position.

6. Fix the glass: Nail two small square wooden strips on the inside and outside of the bottom support square wood to clamp the thick glass to the middle door. The square mallet is about 4mm from the surface of the glass plate, and then the universal glue is applied on the square mallet to stick the facing metal to the square mallet.


7. Inject glass glue for sealing: Inject glass glue for sealing on both sides of the top groove and the bottom bracket opening and at the joint between the thick glass and the frame column.
8. Butt joint between glass: when the fixed part of the glass door needs to be spliced ​​due to its large size, the joint width is 2-3mm, and the edge of the glass plate is chamfered.
9. Install the movable glass door leaf: Before installing the door leaf, locate and install the ground spring and the positioning pin on the top surface of the door frame.

Both must be coaxial. During installation, the suspension wire should be used to check to ensure that the ground spring shaft and the line of the dowel pin are on the same line.
10. Install the upper and lower clamps of the glass door leaf: install the upper and lower metal door clamps on the upper and lower ends of the glass door leaf respectively, and measure the height of the door leaf.
