When the ambient temperature is high in summer, it should be used in weak gears. Reason: The ambient temperature is high in summer, and it is difficult to drop the temperature in the cabinet by 1 degree at this moment, and the insulation layer of the cabinet will accelerate, so the startup time is very long and the shutdown time is very short. This will cause the press to run at high temperature for a long time, which will increase the wear of the piston and cylinder. The insulation function of the enameled wire of the motor coil will also be reduced due to high temperature, and the power consumption will also rise sharply, which is uneconomical and unreasonable.

In winter, the general gear should be set to 4th gear or above.
